Amy Edmondson

As Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School, Amy Edmonson has influenced and worked with some of the world's brightest business minds.

She has won multiple awards including earning a place in the Thinkers50 management thinkers list, and a Talent Award in 2017. She has written extensively on topics including leadership and psychological safety, and prior to her academic career worked in a number of executive roles. She is the author of Building the Future: Big Teaming for Audacious Innovation.
