Tristan White

Tristan White is Founder & CEO of The Physio Co. a unique healthcare business, that in 2014 ranked No. 1 on BRW’s list of Australia’s 50 Best Places to Work.

He is a qualified Physiotherapist and holds a MBA from Queensland University of Technology and an Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT in Boston. After a short post-University stint in private practice, he realised that helping healthy people (elite athletes) become even healthier just didn’t inspire him. Following months of self-reflection, he sheepishly started working in the much less sexy world of aged care (without telling anyone!). Over the following 12 months he created myself a job in a few nursing homes across Melbourne. And quickly had more aged care clients than he was able to treat myself. That’s when, in 2004, my new job became a business and The Physio Co was born and has become more than a 100-person team that now visit hundreds of thousands of seniors in aged care homes, retirement villages and private homes in 5 States of Australia.
