Sydney Finkelstein has been able to share his impressive knowledge in the fields of business, leadership, strategy and management. He has written multiple books including the well known, Superbosses: How Exceptional Leaders Master the Flow of Talent, and Think Again: Why Good Leaders Make Bad Decisions and How to Keep it From Happening to You. His research is based on a six year study of 51 companies, where he was able to witness their mistakes, determine where things went wrong, and make predictions based on the early warning signs he observed.
